Pihak penyelenggara menyatakan bahwa acara ini merupakan acara perdana. Selanjutnya mereka merencanakan untuk menyelenggarakan acara Dunia Lukisan ini setiap tahun.

Pasar ini berada di Granada Square, BSD City, Serpong – Tangerang. Terdapat banyak penjual barang bekas disini walaupun tidak semuanya barang bekas, karena  ada juga yang menjual produk produk baru dengan harga murah.

Sayangnya keberadaan Pasar ini tidak seperti dulu lagi, sekarang para pedagang tidak berjualan di bahu jalan tetapi disekitar ruko-ruko sehingga menyebabkan kemacetan serta suasana menjadi terlihat sumpek terutama bagi penghuni disekitar pasar tersebut. Namun demikian suasana tradisionalnya tetap terjaga.
